Why this role
Sell a product customers love- Teams building everything from EVs to industrial robots rave about our UX and performance. You'll turn that passion into measurable business outcomes.
Shape how we sell- Partner with leadership, Product, and Sales to influence our go-to-market strategy and elevate deal execution.
Own the technical win- Lead discovery, craft tailored demos, and run proof-of-concepts that turn curiosity into long-term adoption.
What you'll do
Lead technical discovery: map workflows, define success, and align stakeholders.
Design and deliver demos that connect Shapr3D's capabilities to real impact.
Plan and execute POCs and benchmarks, tracking ROI metrics and insights.
Handle RFPs, due diligence, and technical evaluations with clarity and confidence.
Guide pilots and onboarding: training, migration, and change-management.
Collaborate closely with AEs, Product, and Customer Success to win and scale deals.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and communicate clearly across teams.
What you'll bring
3+ years hands-on experience with CAD tools, confident comparing major systems.
3+ years in presales, applications, or customer-facing technical roles.
Storytelling mastery - you can explain complexity simply and persuasively.
Proven ability to design POCs and demonstrate ROI beyond features.
Strong grasp of SaaS/desktop hybrids, integrations, and data security.
Experience with large-scale, multi-stakeholder technical sales.
Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
