Overview We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead sales for a luxury spa specializing in premium skincare treatments and wellness packages. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for beauty, aesthetics, and client experience — and a proven ability to close high-value sales.
You'll be responsible for growing revenue, building strong client relationships, and ensuring each guest receives an exceptional experience from consultation to purchase.
Responsibilities
Drive sales of luxury spa treatments, skincare packages, and membership programs
Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly revenue goals
Conduct client consultations, present treatment options, and recommend personalized packages
Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and returning clients
Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to close, ensuring exceptional service throughout
Collaborate with spa management and marketing to develop sales strategies and promotions
Track performance metrics, generate sales reports, and identify growth opportunities
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spa products, skincare lines, and treatment benefits
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in luxury spa, med spa, aesthetics, or skincare industry
Strong consultative selling and closing skills
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
Experience with CRM tools and digital sales tracking systems
Passion for wellness, skincare, and luxury service
Compensation
$3,000 base pay per month
Competitive commission structure with high earning potential
