About the Opportunity

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for wellness and skincare? Our Cape Coral spa is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, deliver exceptional client experiences, and grow in-spa revenue. You'll focus on recommending treatments and retail products while supporting a team dedicated to client satisfaction.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with clients, mentor staff, and implement sales strategies that drive measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Lead in-spa sales of treatment packages and skincare products

• Conduct personalized consultations to match clients with the right services and products

• Maximize revenue through professional upselling and cross-selling techniques

• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships with follow-ups and personalized care

• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable client experience

• Track sales performance and provide insights to management for continuous improvement

• Support team training and development on effective sales and client engagement

Who We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in spa, wellness, or beauty

• Confident in discussing treatments, services, and retail skincare products

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven

• Professional demeanor and a client-first mindset

Schedule

• Full-time with 3 weekends per month, including 1 Sunday per week

• 8–10 hours per day

Compensation & Benefits
