About the Role: We're looking for a confident and motivated Sales Manager who's passionate about skincare and beauty treatments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating strong client connections and has a natural ability to sell premium services.
Your main focus will be selling skincare and treatment packages, guiding clients through personalized recommendations, and ensuring an elevated experience from consultation to purchase.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell spa treatment packages and skincare products
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Maintain professional knowledge of products and services
Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of sales experience (beauty, retail, or service industry preferred)
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
