Guardian Tax is looking for a battle-tested Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and dominate with our call center sales team. This role is for leaders who don't babysit—they build closers, enforce standards, and drive revenue.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage an onsite sales team in a call-center environment
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
- Coach closers on objection handling, urgency, and deal control
- Track pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting
- Partner with marketing and leadership to scale results
- Protect culture: production > opinions
Non-Negotiables (Read Carefully)
- Proven experience managing a call center sales team
- Documented success hitting and exceeding revenue goals
- Strong CRM knowledge and data-driven decision making
- High accountability leadership style—clear, direct, and fair
- Ability to motivate competitive personalities and keep energy high
- Comfortable enforcing standards and making hard calls
This is not a desk job.This is a floor-leader role.
Schedule & Commitment
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Some Saturdays required
- Onsite only (this role leads from the front)
