Are you passionate about luxury wellness and skincare? We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive revenue and create exceptional client experiences for a high-end spa in Oklahoma City. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in consultative sales, loves guiding clients to premium treatments, and enjoys leading a motivated sales team.
You will be responsible for growing sales, mentoring your team, and ensuring each client leaves feeling valued and delighted with their personalized spa experience.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales of luxury spa treatments, skincare packages, and retail products
- Lead, inspire, and coach the in-spa sales team to consistently exceed monthly revenue targets
- Conduct one-on-one client consultations, presenting options and recommending personalized packages
- Build lasting relationships with new and returning clients
- Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to close, ensuring exceptional service throughout
- Collaborate with spa management and marketing to design effective promotions and sales strategies
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain deep knowledge of spa treatments, skincare lines, and product benefits
Who You Are
- Proven track record in sales or sales management, ideally in luxury spa, med spa, aesthetics, or skincare
- Skilled in consultative selling and closing high-value sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and client-focused
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales tracking systems
- Passionate about wellness, skincare, and luxury service
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base pay: $3,000/month + Commissions

Schedule
- Full-time, in-person
- Monday to Friday with 3 weekends per month, including 1 Sunday per week
- 8–10 hours per day, standard spa hours apply
