  • 4 working days per week

  • Sunday is required every week

  • 3-day weekend

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead in-spa sales performance and drive revenue growth. This role is highly sales-focused, centered on upselling and cross-selling treatment packages and skincare products while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive daily sales of spa treatments, packages, and skincare products

  • Upsell and cross-sell services based on client needs and goals

  • Conduct personalized client consultations to recommend appropriate treatments

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

  • Track sales performance and report results to management

  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on promotions

  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business

  • Collaborate with spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or spa/beauty industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach

  • Ability to work independently in a 1099 contractor role

  • Comfortable working Sundays and extended hours (8–10 hours/day)

  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to earn commission
