What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage key metrics, and drive alignment across departments in our in-office, phone-based sales team.

You will:

  • Lead operational functions across sales, marketing, acquisitions, and lead management
  • Mentor and coach team leads and contributors with a performance-first mindset
  • Own and manage KPI dashboards using advanced Google Sheets
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard team members to maintain a proactive talent pipeline
  • Streamline and standardize workflows; identify bottlenecks and lead improvements
  • Partner with leadership to translate business goals into actionable projects
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology implementations
  • Champion onboarding and training with a culture of growth and execution

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operational leadership at a small to mid-sized, fast-paced company
  • Proven success leading sales or marketing teams with clear KPI accountability
  • Expert-level skills in Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, multi-sheet models)
  • Strong ability to resolve cross-functional issues and drive interdepartmental collaboration
  • Experience evaluating and implementing third-party vendors and tools
  • Excellent communicator, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Background in real estate, inside sales, or high-volume industries like solar, roofing, home services, or call centers is a plus
