Archadeck of Northern Indianapolis, a leading builder of custom outdoor living spaces, is seeking a Design Consultant to join our expanding team. This is a full-time sales position for an energetic and results-driven professional who can manage their own schedule and workload effectively.

Role and Responsibilities:

Act as a self-managed professional, scheduling and holding appointments with prospective clients.
Conduct design consultations in a variety of settings: virtually, at the client's home, or at our showroom, as needed.
Collaborate with clients to design unique outdoor projects that meet their needs and vision.
Manage a pipeline of qualified leads, with an average of 6-10 appointments per week. All leads are company-provided; no cold calling is required.
Partner with our office manager to schedule and coordinate client appointments efficiently.

Qualifications:

2-10 years of professional sales experience.
Working knowledge of construction principles and practices.
Previous experience in design is preferred but not required.
A strong desire to learn our established sales system and design process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position offers a base salary plus commission, a with an uncapped earning potential. It also includes a vehicle stipend for personal vehicle use. Our successful Design Consultants earn between $50,000 and $100,000+ per year, limited only by your sales efforts. The role provides a high degree of autonomy and the flexibility to control your schedule.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
