Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
- Generate, cultivate, and acquire sales and new leads while maintaining existing customer accounts.
- Create, maintain, and manage sales proposals, bids, and quotes for multiple fire protection construction projects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure mutually favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with designers and project management team to provide value engineering options to increase the efficiency and quality of products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., designers, field service, and other project managers) and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Proactively build relationships and communicate with owners, architects, general and sub-contractors, engineers, and designers throughout the construction process
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience.) Three years of sales and project management experience with fire sprinkler projects.
- Demonstrated track record of generating sales leads and effectively moving prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Bidding and estimating experience are a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven time management skills and ability to work with multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software and tools (e.g., Procore).
- Sprinkler design background is a plus but not required; AutoCAD, AutoSprink by MEPCAD
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, NICET) are always a plus.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project inspections.
- Valid and in good standing driver’s license.
