The Role: Insurance Benefits Specialist

In this role, you’ll help clients safeguard what’s most important to them. With comprehensive training, mentorship, and company-provided leads, you’ll have everything you need to thrive from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through the life insurance enrollment process

• Conduct personalized consultations via Zoom

• Explain coverage options in a clear, professional way

• Process applications and coordinate with underwriters

• Continue sharpening your skills with ongoing training and development

What You’ll Bring

• HLLQP license (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication and people skills
