Customer Service Job Description
We are a provider of pressure treated lumber, fencing, and deck component wood products. We are seeking a mature and responsible person in a full time capacity that can provide professional customer store services for the products we provide to the retail building material industry. We are currently looking for someone that can service customers in North and South Carolina.
Responsibilites:
Our customer service representatives will make personal visits to our customers stores and retail yards to provide all product related services as may be necessary. These include:
- Travel daily to customers stores
- Meeting with the management and store associates
- Servicing our products in the way they are inventoried and displayed
- Assist our customers with promoting and selling our product
- Providing product knowledge training to customers
- Providing assistance to deal with product complaints at store and at customers job sites
- Participating in special events to promote products
- Provide sales and visit reports to the home office
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred but not required
- Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- Very good people skills
- Problem solving skills
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
