Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Commercial Salesperson to drive new business and build strong relationships within the commercial construction and roofing market. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, client-focused, and motivated by results.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities
- Build relationships with property managers, owners, GCs, and key decision-makers
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings
- Prepare proposals, estimates, contracts, and detailed follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal teams on project delivery
Requirements
- Experience in commercial sales (construction/roofing preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
