Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team in Worthington, Ohio. Your main goal will be to manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships. Position Summary The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients and have a solid understanding of the industry. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making (120) calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and presenting information effectively.
Sales Experience: Proven experience in inside/outside sales, business development, or a related field with at least 3 years of professional sales experience.
Bonus points for selling B2B Services.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools to track interactions and manage customer relationships.
Years of experience- 3 years sales experience
- Must presently have or be able to obtain Life, Health and Annuity License from the Ohio Department of Insurance
