Job Description
Inside Sales Representative, Account Management
Location: Onsite in Laurel, MD (Primary in-office position)
Spaceworx is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow our key accounts and drive new business from across multiple markets in the USA. This role is crucial to scaling our brand presence consisting of DURAMATE, DECIBEL, and MOMSPACE Privacy pods.
Key Responsibilities
- Inside Sales & Lead Management:
- Proactively engage with inbound leads and execute targeted outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities across all three Spaceworx brands.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (virtual and occasionally in-person) to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base to maximize revenue.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and seamless order processing.
- Business Development:
- Actively research and target new markets and client segments with high-growth potential.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales materials and strategies.
- Accurately maintain CRM records and forecast sales activity and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of demonstrable B2B (Business-to-Business) sales and/or business development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (We use Odoo ERP) .
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing company.
Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)
- Prior experience in the furniture, interiors, commercial real estate, or modular pods/office solutions sector.
- Familiarity with the distinct market segments served by Spaceworx brands (DURAMATE, DECIBEL, MOMSPACE).
