Sales Representative – Nashville & Tennessee Territory

The Cary Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to expand our presence in Nashville and across Tennessee, promoting our container, packaging, and filtration product lines. Based in one of the fastest-growing industrial hubs in the Southeast, this role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of accounts in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and logistics, while driving new business in a dynamic and competitive market.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
- Additional Incentives: Performance-based bonuses for developing new business and expanding territory reach
- Total Potential Compensation: Over $100,000 annually after territory development

- Conducts weekly sales calls and consistently closes new business
- Ensures all accounts and prospects receive the attention and resources they need

- Excels in quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships
- Maintains a positive attitude and manages multiple projects with ease
- Has a strong work ethic and confidence in negotiating
- Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement
- Resides in Tennessee
