Our Ideal Candidate is a confident, upbeat professional with at least five years of experience in client service or sales within a service-based industry-ideally landscaping or something similar. They thrive when the pace picks up, juggling inbound calls, outbound notifications, sales follow-ups, and steady email communication without dropping the ball. They're reliable, detail-oriented, and document everything clearly so the whole team stays in sync. They are tech-savvy with Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM tools, and naturally bring a positive attitude that lifts the people around them. They adapt quickly, love learning, enjoy the outdoors, and are motivated by achievement-especially when it contributes directly to team success. They are collaborative, accountable, and aligned with MasterScapes' values. Long term, they want to grow-into account management, sales, or leadership-inside a company that invests in them. What they won't tolerate: negativity, chaos without organization, poor communication, or environments where excellence doesn't matter.
What You'll Do
- Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Support our sales team with outbound calls, client notifications, follow-up communication, and CRM documentation
- Keep detailed, accurate records of client interactions to ensure seamless handoffs across teams
- Juggle multiple tasks-calls, emails, updates, follow-ups-while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Operations teams
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM software daily to track work, manage communication, and support sales efforts

- 5+ years in client service, sales support, or a similar role (landscaping or service industry preferred)
- You're upbeat, approachable, and make clients feel cared for
- You adapt easily when priorities shift and stay calm under pressure
- You're organized, accountable, and meticulous with documentation
- You communicate clearly-both verbally and in writing
- You're motivated by goals, teamwork, and growth
