Salesforce Administrator (Local Only / Hybrid)

We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator for a hybrid opportunity based in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on day-to-day Salesforce administration, system configuration, data integrity, reporting, automation, and user support. The ideal candidate can work independently, respond to business needs quickly, and enhance Salesforce usability across the organization.
Hybrid: Primarily remote, but must attend onsite meetings as required.Work Hours: Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM (40 hrs/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- Configure Salesforce (Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, APIs, etc.)
- Build and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder & Workflow Rules
- Maintain data quality: audits, duplicate cleanup, imports/exports via Data Loader
- Create & optimize reports and dashboards for business insights
- Provide Salesforce training and end-user support
- Manage Salesforce releases, updates, and add-ons
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop Salesforce solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, data management
- Hands-on experience with Data Loader or similar tools
- Experience managing users, security settings & standard Salesforce objects
- Ability to create & customize reports and dashboards
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
Compensation: $40.00 per hour
