Job Description

TAMKO is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the day‑to‑day health, security, and usability of our Salesforce ecosystem. In addition to core admin responsibilities, this role performs light Business Analyst duties to translate needs into simple requirements, coordinate UAT, and drive adoption.

  • Org & Security Administration: Manage users, permission sets/groups, access policies, SSO, and licenses; align to Salesforce Well‑Architected and least‑privilege principles.
  • Configuration & Automation: Build/maintain declarative solutions (Flows, validation, approvals, layouts, Lightning pages, Experience Cloud basics) with a clicks‑before‑code mindset.
  • Data Quality & Stewardship: Own data hygiene, deduplication, and data loads; prepare clean files and execute Data Loader/Dataloader.io; apply common Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for transformations.
  • Business Analysis & Support: Intake/clarify requests and act as first-line triage for potential bugs (reproduce, categorize, route/escalate); create lightweight user stories and acceptance criteria; triage tickets; communicate status; coordinate UAT; and document outcomes.
  • Releases & Change: Package and validate admin changes, support testing/smoke checks, and produce concise release notes; familiarity with Copado/Git/Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Training & Adoption: Create concise help content and in‑app guidance; build key reports/dashboards and promote consistent KPIs.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years administering Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience) in a production, mid‑size environment.
  • Proven expertise with Flows and the Salesforce security model; Experience Cloud administration.
  • Proficient in data loads and data quality practices; strong Excel skills for common transformations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with the business and IT; organized documentation habits; able to manage a dynamic queue and juggle competing priorities (support, configuration, BA work) with clear status updates.
  • Certification: Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201).

Preferred

  • Advanced Administrator (ADM‑211) and Platform App Builder; Business Analyst or Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant certs.
  • Experience working in Agile teams delivering in sprints; participation in common ceremonies (standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint demos); comfortable tracking work items in Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and testing (Copado, Git, Copado Robotic Testing).
  • Exposure to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2B Commerce, and CTI integrations.
  • Basic SOQL/Apex troubleshooting awareness.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
