Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to own the design, development, and integration of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on MuleSoft-led integration architecture. This role will lead technical delivery across Salesforce clouds and connected enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business operating models.
The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic-able to architect complex integrations, guide development teams, and partner with business and platform stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as technical lead for Salesforce delivery teams (internal and/or partners)
Guide developers and integration engineers through build and release cycles
Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders
Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions connecting Salesforce, Agentforce, and other internal/external systems.
Design and lead implementation of Salesforce-centric integration architectures using MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform)
Define API-led connectivity patterns (System, Process, Experience APIs)
Oversee ETL and data integration processes, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely exchange of data across Salesforce and associated tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Deliver scalable, integrated solutions that support both immediate and long-term business goals.
Lead development across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform)
Establish and enforce development best practices (Apex, LWC, Flows, CI/CD)
Review code and integration designs to ensure quality, performance, and security
Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and MuleSoft
Manage environment strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
Qualifications:
7+ years of enterprise systems integration experience, including Salesforce and Agentforce.
Proficiency with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, or similar.
Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP), XML/JSON, and ETL processes.
Solid programming/scripting skills (Python, Java, Apex a plus).
Strong project management and communication skills to drive initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and CRM integrations.
Knowledge of network security and compliance standards.
Experience with Palantir desired but not required
Experience with Salesforce Development and Apex required.
