About the Job:
As a Operations Analyst at Goosehead, you will play an integral role in the development of our enterprise technology platform.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Maintaining the integrity of the Salesforce platform, including data management, system configuration, business analyst, and Project/Product Management
Conducting business analysis and process improvement efforts, including documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and recommending solutions to meet business needs
Supporting the design, development, and testing of custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, and processes
Working with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of new Salesforce solutions
Participating in the development and maintenance of Salesforce policies and procedures
Staying current with Salesforce product releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform and its capabilities
Providing ongoing support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting, training, and assistance with report creation and dashboards
Notify impacted users of upcoming changes and planned releases.
Maintain accurate status, initial estimates, and actual estimates for tasks in DevOps.
Act as a liaison between business representatives and the technical team to build and document Salesforce solutions.
Create detailed user stories and business solution documentation, including screenshots, mockups, diagrams, flowcharts, and process flow diagrams.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week preferably in office. Current benefits include: 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase plan, disability, medical, dental and vision insurance, and two weeks paid vacation.

About You:
We are looking for candidates with:
Bachelor's degree or above (Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Computer Science preferred)
2+ years of experience in Salesforce and
2+ years of experience in project management
Advanced skills in Excel
