Job Description
Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration.
Our employees work in our offices Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Salesforce Training Specialist is a crucial member of Lincoln's Business Enablement team, dedicated to driving effective Salesforce adoption across our global operations. This role requires a dynamic, collaborative professional who can blend technical expertise with a deep understanding of Lincoln's advisory services to optimize CRM usage. The Salesforce Training Specialist will proactively identify adoption challenges, develop targeted training and solutions, and leverage data to inform strategic business decisions.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- CRM Adoption & Monitoring: Regularly monitor Salesforce adoption metrics, using dashboards and analytics to gauge usage patterns and identify areas for improvement. Proactively devise strategies to enhance user engagement and drive meaningful adoption across the organization.
- Case Queue Management: Oversee the Salesforce case queue by ensuring cases are promptly assigned to the appropriate parties, executing select cases directly, and identifying recurring issues or trends. Partner with the team to address these trends through targeted training or system improvements, driving both user efficiency and continuous platform enhancement.
- System Improvement: Identify pain points and operational inefficiencies, collaborating with the broader team to develop and implement innovative solutions that improve usability and align with Lincoln's unique workflows and client management needs.
- Training & Support: Lead training initiatives, creating engaging, tailored training materials to empower employees. Conduct sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current users, ensuring teams are fully equipped to leverage Salesforce capabilities effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the "go-to" Salesforce expert, providing hands-on support and guidance to users across all levels of the organization. Collaborate with teams to understand evolving needs, adjust training programs, and refine processes.
- Data Integrity & Insights: Ensure data accuracy within the Salesforce ecosystem to support more robust reporting and better-informed business decisions. Continuously assess data quality and work with end-users to uphold data standards.

Other Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience working with a CRM database
- Experience with creating training materials and conducting training sessions for software systems
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications or a related field

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 on an annual basis. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Chicago. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
