The Sanitation Team Member is responsible for keeping our facilities and work areas clean, safe, and compliant with health, safety, and hygiene standards. This includes daily cleaning, sanitation, and waste disposal, as well as supporting audit preparations and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness year-round.

The Sanitation Team Member is responsible for keeping our facilities and work areas clean, safe, and compliant with health, safety, and hygiene standards. This includes daily cleaning, sanitation, and waste disposal, as well as supporting audit preparations and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness year-round.
Daily Cleaning:
- Sweep and mop floors in bathrooms and breakrooms
- Scrub, wipe, and disinfect sinks, doorknobs, toilets, urinals, tables, and microwaves
- Pick up cigarette butts from designated areas
- Discard food and beverages left out at the end of the day (outside of refrigerators)
- Collect and remove trash from bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Perimeter trash collection
- Remove leaves blocking exits (seasonal)
- Dispose of old refrigerator items when necessary
- Wipe down doors, windows, vending machines, lockers, and extinguishers
- Wash trash receptacles when needed
- Clear debris from outside dock areas
- Remove ice buildup upon request
- Power wash exterior walls and dock areas
- Maintain cleanliness of electrical rooms (with supervision)
- Assist with cleaning for BRCGS, GMP, and customer audits
- Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, or custodial work (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- Comfort working with cleaning products and tools safely
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift as part of daily tasks
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Option 1 – One Associate
- 1st shift: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Two positions:
- 1st shift: 5:00 am – 1:00 pm
- 2nd shift: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Two positions:
- 1st shift: 5:00 am – 1:00 pm
- 2nd shift: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm
