Job Title: SAP HANA CONSULTANT Job Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey - 08807 Onsite/Hybrid: RemoteOverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with over 7 years of expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions, with deep knowledge of financial processes, integration points, and business requirements in enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules (FI – GL, AP, AR, AA; CO – CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new implementations and enhancements.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR, BW, S/4HANA).
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP FICO processes.
Conduct end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Drive process improvements and automation in financial operations.
Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership in SAP FICO projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

Strong expertise in:

- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA)
- Controlling (CO) modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA
- Integration with MM, SD, PP, HR, and BW
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
Knowledge of financial reporting, closing processes, and compliance standards.
Strong skills in configuration, testing, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
Experience with SAP Fiori apps and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Exposure to global rollouts, multi-currency, and multi-country implementations.
Familiarity with taxation, IFRS/GAAP compliance, and audit processes.
