Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to support S4Hana implementation for SAP TM. The ideal candidate will bring 10 + years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP TM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP TM solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation and logistics requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP TM functionalities such as planning, execution, charge management, freight settlement, and integration with S4HANA.
- Provide expertise in both Freight Order Management and Transportation Planning & Execution.
- Integrate SAP TM with other SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP ERP, 3rd Party Systems).
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of TM processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP TM modules.
- Support testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of strong SAP TM experience.
- Deep understanding of SAP TM architecture and functionalities.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM (preferred).
- Experience with configuration and customization of SAP TM modules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, production, warehousing and IT to ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other business processes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues related to SAP TM configuration, data integrity, system performance, and integration points.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have:
- Integration experience with SAP EWM, LBN
Experience with Mining Industry in transportation/logistics domain consulting
