About the RoleWe’re looking for a Saw Operator to join our team at KRB Machinery. In this role, you’ll set up and operate band saw equipment to cut material to specification and support production goals. Accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency are key, as the parts you cut are critical to the quality of our finished products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being an important part of a team that builds industry-leading machinery.What You’ll Do

Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently to cut material to size
Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance
Inspect and measure materials to verify accuracy against specifications
Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and production schedules
Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives
Uphold KRB’s mission, vision, and values, demonstrate stewardship of employee ownership, and recognize the importance of safety for products, our customers, and our teammates

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience operating industrial saws or related equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings a strong plus
Experience with Behringer or Hydmech saws a bonus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn
