Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking two full-time employees for a 4-month term to handle inbound calls and schedule appointments for insurance agents who sell Medicare Advantage plans. The ideal candidates will have customer service or similar scheduling experience, or be willing to learn. The primary responsibility is to schedule appointments for beneficiaries who call in. Successful employees may be offered a permanent position at the end of the temporary assignment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments with an insurance agent
• Make follow-up outbound calls to confirm appointments or reschedule
• Disposition excess leads via the Lead Center platform
• Assist callers with scheduling issues
• Work as part of the Berwick team to assist in meeting company goals
• Model a high level of professionalism and integrity with every interaction

• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Customer Service or Related Experience
• Must work in the Tucson Office
• Positive & Self-motivated
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability & Desire to learn
• Professional Demeanor & Personal Accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Similar Scheduling Experience is a plus
• High School diploma / College Education is a plus
