Job Description
St. Ambrose Catholic School, Cheverly, is looking for a full-time finance assistant, who will work in the school office. Hours are 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Duties include learning and working with the FACTS system which serves the school as the collection vehicle for tuition payments, setting up tuition payment schedules for each family, tracking tuition to ensure on-time and up-to-date payments, overseeing online payments for the school's Aftercare and Summer Camp. Occasional shared office duties are also required. Salary in the range of $20.00/hr plus full benefits, including school tuition grant.
