With our wide range of services and clients, you'll work on projects that matter as part of the Honkamp team.A Typical Day in the Life: As an administrative coordinator, you will work alongside Honkamp team members and provide administrative support to our team during the busy tax season.This position runs from approximately January through mid-April. Responsibilities may include:
- Reception duties such as greeting clients and directing calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining records and client data
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
- Prior experience in an administrative role or equivalent training/education
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs
