Now Hiring: Loss Prevention Officer
Location: Capital Hotel, Little Rock, AR

At the Capital Hotel, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, associates, and property. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a respectful and supportive workplace culture while protecting one of our most valuable assets - our people.
Role Summary
The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for safeguarding hotel property, assets, guests, visitors, and associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and assets.
- Respond to calls for assistance and support hotel operations with a safety-first mindset.
- Investigate incidents involving guests, associates, or property, and document findings thoroughly.
- Assist sick or injured guests or associates and ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
- Monitor security systems, maintain accurate logs, and manage incident documentation.
- Support fire safety and alarm system checks and monitor access points throughout the property.
Wage Range
- $17.00-$18.70/hour
