Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is currently looking for Security Leads to join our team!
We're searching for a candidate who can:
- Supervise and coordinate the security team, ensuring coverage and adherence to protocols.
- Monitor safety of patrons and staff, responding to incidents and guiding team actions.
- Assess customer behavior and intoxication; make final decisions on removing patrons.
- Greet patrons and check IDs as needed, setting an example for the team.
- Train and mentor security staff on procedures and emergency protocols.
- Communicate with management on incidents, staffing, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English language.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
- A guest-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Necessary food, alcohol, and security certifications.
