Responsibilities

As an ISM Security Officer, you’ll serve as the face of professionalism and safety for our clients and their guests. Core duties include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and assistance to all visitors, employees, and vendors

• Managing access control for authorized personnel and guests

• Maintaining accurate and detailed logs of activities, visitors, and packages

• Monitoring security cameras and conducting patrols to deter theft and ensure safety

• Responding promptly to incidents and emergencies, documenting and reporting all findings

• Performing additional duties as assigned by site management or ISM leadership

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 21 years of age

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid state-issued driver’s license

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or door staff roles

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

• Capable of performing physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, patrolling on foot, climbing stairs, and working in varied weather conditions

Preferred:

• Overnight and weekend availability strongly preferred

• Prior experience in a security, law enforcement, or safety role a plus

• Starting pay: $16.64+ per hour (commensurate with experience and location)
