Nation Security is a leading organization in Security Guard Services, dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and assets. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team and lead our security operations to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Manage and supervise a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and assess security operations to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate and oversee security-related activities, including surveillance, access control, and incident response.
- Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities as needed.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with security technologies, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)) are a plus
$52,000 - $60,000 a year
This role is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols while managing personnel and resources to ensure effective protection across all sites. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in security management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to respond decisively to incidents and emergencies.
