Job Description
A great opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Manager familiar with site sourcing to grow our self storage portfolio..
Responsibilities include:
- Site sourcing by identifying strong sites (low 3 mile saturation, good visibility, and high traffic intersections, etc).
- Present viable locations to ownership for weekly review and approval.
- Assisting Permitting and Development of approved locations.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience specifically sourcing, permitting and/or development of real estate land opportunities.
- Sef Storage site development experience a plus.
- Bachelors Degree
- Excellent written and communication skills.
