Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an SEM Program Specialist! You will support SEM programs for one or multiple clients that help industrial and/or commercial program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management. This position is currently remote, but will eventually require in-state site visits. Applicant must be based in or near the greater Oakland area.

• Interface with customers to collect data, schedule meetings, and events, and other coordination
• Project reporting, budgeting, and tracking for multiple programs
• Report reviewing, editing, and occasional writing
• Assist in program material development, review, and editing
• Maintain communications and data sharing systems between clients, customers, and internal team
• Event planning and coordination

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• Minimum 1 year of project coordination/management experience in a professional environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

$78,000.00

Compensation Range

$71,390.00 - $85,000.00
