Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Senior Account Executive will focus on customer acquisition through engaging new potential clients, client business referrals, and web leads within the P&C Insurance Carrier industry. Working extensively with existing InvoiceCloud partners, this individual will cultivate relationships and drive referrals from their base. Through sales presentations and demos, you will provide prospective clients with a clear understanding of the services offered. By collaborating with prospects and clients, you will create tailored solutions to address their needs and consult with them throughout the sales process. This position is predominantly inside sales but may require some travel.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive, you will:
Quickly develop a deep understanding of the InvoiceCloud platform, value proposition, and sales methodology.
Gain proficiency with InvoiceCloud's sales tools and processes, including Salesforce.com.
Learn the current sales pipeline, partner landscape, and organizational structure to understand how InvoiceCloud leverages partnerships to drive new business.
Master the sales pitch, refine objection handling, and deliver compelling demonstrations.
Build and manage a large account list within your territory, prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
Collaborate with partnership managers to strengthen referral channels.
Consistently progress opportunities through the sales cycle, closing deals and meeting quota.
Actively contribute to team success by sharing insights, celebrating wins, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
5+ years of closing experience in IT or software (SaaS) sales.
Industry expertise preferred (P&C Insurance | Consumer Finance).
Payment or billing software sales experience a plus.
Familiarity with process-oriented sales methodologies (MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Value Selling).
Self-starter who is motivated, curious, and dedicated to success.
Proven track record of achieving quota and strong tenure at prior employer(s).
Strong phone presence, business acumen, and consultative sales skills.
Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and presentation abilities.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Compensation Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 - $220,000 with a 6-month ramp period, uncapped commissions, accelerators, and eligibility for President's Club.
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
