Senior Account Executive, Las Vegas (Remote)

About the Role

Maleda Tech is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team on behalf of a leading travel technology platform. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and turning cold leads into warm sales opportunities, while occasionally working the full sales funnel to facilitate the supply acquisition of high-quality hotel inventory. You'll focus on building market presence in the hospitality sector and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure our platform always offers the best inventory and deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert cold leads into warm sales opportunities through strategic outreach
• Work across the full sales funnel when required to acquire premium inventory
• Build strong market presence in the hotel category
• Partner and strategize directly with hotels and chains
• Run daily operations with hospitality partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize inventory quality
• Ensure the platform consistently offers the best deals from hotels for guests
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
• Experience with full-cycle sales processes
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience with CRM systems and sales technologies
• Knowledge of the Las Vegas market and hospitality landscape is a plus

• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Start Date: November 18, 2025
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• Pay Rate Range: $85 - $100 per hour, based on experience
• Employment Type: Contract position (W2)
