- 3-5+ years of accounting experience
- You think reconciling accounts and seeing that zero at the end is fun
- You enjoy digging into the data and coming up with a better way to do it next time
- You own your work and take pride in a job well done
- You aren’t afraid to raise concerns and ask questions if something is unclear
- Bonus points for Sales & Use Tax and Construction Accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
- Support a weekly payroll process through data entry and review
- Support month-end close, budgeting, and audit preparation
- Support compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and reporting standards
- Support automation initiatives and future software implementations
