As a Senior Analyst for Supply Chain Management- Prepaid Backhaul, you will be responsible for owning national accounts with suppliers that ship freight to Walmart by managing data analytics, metrics, and overseeing levels of service from a transportation perspective.Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, ARYou’ll make an impact by…

• Creating content to have business reviews with suppliers at higher levels.
• Building partnerships within accounts to improve relationships with Walmart.
• Managing issues daily between various transportation teams and suppliers’ teams to meet
• expectations within those contracts.
• Implementing business processes and improvement strategies by staying up to date on
• supply chain and replenishment processes and procedures.
• Researching and analyzing root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning
• shipping, receiving, inventory, and return related issues.
• Conducting performance reviews of merchandising department, distribution centers, and
• suppliers.
• Supporting field-level direction and providing guidance for the execution of operations by
• acting as a liaison for the field.
• Communicating operational expectations to suppliers and transporters.
• Implementing supply chain flow process improvement efforts by contributing to the design,
• development, and delivery of new ways of working between supply chain stakeholders.

• You have a background in logistics and transportation
• Familiarity with EDI standards and integration
• You have strong communication and customer service skills
• You are motivated and determined to grow
• You have knowledge with Tableau and/or PowerBI

Minimum Qualifications...

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
• 1 – 3 years of experience in the transportation and retail operations industry
• 1 – 3 years of experience with MS Office Suite
