Senior Customer Service Logistics Coordinator
Locations: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $52,000 - $57,000 annually + Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office | Monday-Friday, Day Shift
About the Role
Legacy Transportation is seeking a Senior Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to manage complex shipments, support key accounts, and support staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high-value freight, and excellent customer service under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for key customer accounts.
- Process and oversee transportation and storage orders.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes.
- Coordinate time-sensitive tradeshow, event, and high-value shipments.
- Communicate proactively with customers and resolve escalations.
- Support team members.

Requirements
Qualifications· 2-5 years experience in customer service, account management, or logistics (transportation/tradeshow preferred).· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; logistics software experience preferred.
