  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that platform deployments are stable, scalable, and meet performance targets.

  • Serve as a technical liaison between development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the delivery lifecycle.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during the delivery and deployment of platform solutions.

  • Conduct root cause analysis of delivery failures and work with teams to implement preventive measures.

  • Provide ongoing support for platform deployments, ensuring stability and performance post-deployment.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of deployment procedures, configuration settings, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Create deployment reports and provide regular updates on platform delivery status, including risk assessments and mitigation plans.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to aid in future deployments and team knowledge sharing.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance of deployed platforms, ensuring that they meet defined SLAs and performance standards.

  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations to improve the efficiency and reliability of platform solutions.

  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into platform health and delivery success.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all platform deliveries are compliant with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.

  • Work with the security team to implement and maintain platform security best practices during deployment and post-deployment phases.

  • Conduct security assessments and audits as part of the deployment process.

Qualifications:
