  • Drive quality excellence across design, development, manufacturing, supplier management, and customer support functions for products serving the Aerospace, Defense, and Government markets.

  • Serve as Altera’s subject matter expert (SME) for ADG compliance and certification, ensuring readiness for customer and regulatory audits, product traceability, and security controls.

  • Establish and maintain robust processes for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), internal audits, risk management, and supplier quality performance.

  • Partner with Engineering and Product Development teams to embed quality and reliability into FPGA, SoC, and system-level design from early development through production release.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with DoD, NASA, and ITAR/EAR quality and export control requirements.

  • Represent Altera in ADG customer engagements, government programs, and industry forums, reinforcing Altera’s reputation as a trusted, compliant technology partner.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of proactive quality and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and interpret emerging ADG regulations and standards, translating them into actionable strategies for Altera’s business units.
