Location: New York City (Hybrid, 3 days in office per week)

The Technical Solutions (TS) Enablement team empowers Datadog's global post-sales organization-including Support, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering-with the skills, tools, and resources they need to deliver world-class customer outcomes. As a Senior Enablement Program Associate, you'll play a key role in operationalizing and scaling Datadog's global enablement programs. You'll manage systems, logistics, and communications that keep programs running smoothly across regions, ensuring Datadog's technical experts can confidently support customers and drive business growth.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture-the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate program operations, including scheduling, enrollment, documentation, and logistics across global regions.
  • Drive program delivery by supporting launches, evaluating program performance, and driving process improvements for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to measure learner participation and program outcomes; highlight insights and trends for continuous improvement.
  • Draft clear, professional communications and stakeholder updates through email, Slack, and Confluence to keep global stakeholders aligned.
  • Create visually engaging newsletters, updates, and reports (using Canva, Adobe) to communicate enablement impact, milestones, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics for global sessions, onboarding, and other enablement initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in project or program management, enablement operations, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear, concise, and professional communications.
  • Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, MetaBase, Google Suite) for maintaining and interpreting program data.
  • Familiar with collaboration and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack).
  • A proactive self-starter with an owner mentality and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a high-growth or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with instructional design or change management practices.
  • Interest in using AI workflows to simplify reporting, content creation, and communications.
  • Enthusiasm for scaling enablement programs that support global, customer-facing teams.

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.
