What You Bring
Proven Engineering Leadership:10+ years of experienceinsoftware engineering, with 5+ years leading high-performing teams that deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
AEM Mastery:Deepexpertisein Adobe Experience Manager and Experience Cloud implementations, including AEM as a Cloud Service and Edge Delivery Services.
AI-Driven Curiosity:Hands-on engagement with modern AI tools, models, and architectures, with a drive to apply them creatively in enterprise contexts while continually learning.
Customer Centricity:A passion for solvingreal businesschallenges with simplicity and measurable value.
Entrepreneurial Drive:A record of building, experimenting, and iterating at speed, with the humility to fail fast when thingsdon’tgo as planned.
