Senior Financial Analyst - Consolidations & Corporate Fp&A

Passionate about understanding the totality of financial statements for a global, multi-entity, public company? The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate monthly consolidated financial reporting, driving forecasting and planning processes for the corporate financial statements, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Accounting:

• Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Perform intercompany eliminations and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Complete account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Assist with Corporate Statutory Reporting and Tax Binder.
• Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Deliver timely reporting packages monthly.

Analytics & Planning:

• Lead preparation of monthly forecasts and annual plans, including corporate balance sheet and cash flow projections.
• Analyze performance against plan and forecast; communicate key drivers to leadership.
• Manage planning templates and coordinate inputs from business units.

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA/BBA (Accounting)
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally a mix of Public Accounting and private; either/or will also be considered.
• Self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to establish and build relationships across an organization.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work effectively with associates at varying levels across the Company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA preferred.
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) tool a plus.
• Corporate accounting experience with multi-national manufacturing operations preferred.
