Senior Decision Support Analyst – Full-Time
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Decision Support Analyst to provide critical financial and statistical analysis in support of management decisions. This role requires working with large datasets to identify operational improvement opportunities, enhance cost management, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical operations support by leveraging multiple data sources.
Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to inform management decisions.
Identify opportunities for improvement and develop proposals for program development.
Recommend actions to address cost control and cost management issues.
Prepare strategic and operational studies to improve overall system performance.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data through validation and quality checks.
Assist in the implementation of new systems and reporting tools.
Work effectively with large and complex datasets.
Schedule & Shift Details
Hybrid role – in-office once a week preferred.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
