Senior Information Security Analyst – ISSO, State Health IT Security, Risk & ComplianceColumbia, South Carolina (Onsite)Need Overall 10+Years of experience3 References from the recent projects are must.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT working with and/or auditing IBM System 390/zSeries, Windows, Linux, Databases (Relational and Non-Relational), Networking Infrastructure and Web-based Applications.
- Prior experience working within a FISMA or NIST compliant program
- Prior experience in working with any eGRC systems.
- Prior Health Information Technology experience.
- Risk management experience
- ISC(2), ISACA, SANS GIAC and/or other Information Security Certification is required.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of FISMA, NIST, CMS MARS-E and HIPAA Security and Privacy
- Ability to work independently & with teams, multitask, and prioritize.
Preferred Skills:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field (or 10+ years equivalent experience).
- Prior ITIL experience in Information Security Management.
- Public sector/government experience (especially CMS MARS-E, RMF).
- Security experience with Cloud services & vendor management.
Specific Skills:
- Security Risk Management & Compliance (FISMA, NIST, HIPAA, CMS MARS-E)
- RMF/A&A Documentation (SSPs, PIAs, ISAs, CMAs)
- Auditing Systems & Security Controls (IBM zSeries, Windows, Linux, Firewalls, IPS)
- eGRC Tools (Archer) & SIEM/IAM Management
- Cloud Security & Vendor Risk Management
- Microsoft Office & Ticketing/Collaboration Tools (System Center, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence)
- Health IT Systems Security & Compliance
Education: Bachelors in a related area or 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
