Job Description
- Lead and deliver consulting engagements to meet project timelines, scope, and client satisfaction
- Develop and deliver client proposals, including resource planning, effort estimation, and pricing
- Provide clear, high-quality client communications through executive presentations and updates
- Apply change leadership, Lean process mapping, and operational improvement techniques to achieve client outcomes
- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure delivery excellence using ReSource Pro’s consulting methodology
- Independently manage multiple client portfolios and nurture long-term client relationships to drive growth and retention
- Lead internal or client-focused process improvement initiatives and contribute to thought leadership through webinars, white papers, and industry events
- Coach, mentor, and guide junior team members to support their growth and success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management (Insurance focus preferred)
- 10+ years of U.S. Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience
- 5+ years in consulting, from discovery through execution (Big 4 experience preferred)
- 5+ years of Lean process improvement or operations management experience
- 3+ years of business process outsourcing (BPO) and operations management experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience (required)
- PMP certification or 3+ years of program management experience (required)
- Additional certifications such as CISR, ARM, CIC, Agile Certified, or Certified Insurance Operations Professional are a plus
