Senior Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal A respected mid-size, full-service law firm in downtown Seattle is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join its collaborative and client-focused team. The firm represents a diverse client base, including professionals, entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, Fortune 500 companies, and global industry leaders. In this role, you will provide high-level litigation support to multiple attorneys across various practice areas. You will manage court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and meetings; coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel; and maintain well-organized electronic client files. Responsibilities also include drafting, proofreading, and formatting pleadings and legal correspondence, researching and applying court rules across multiple jurisdictions, and handling state and federal e-filings. A strong working knowledge of legal document formatting—including tables of contents, tables of authorities, styles, and tracked changes—is essential. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of litigation experience, a proven ability to support multiple attorneys simultaneously, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. You are detail-oriented, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Adobe Pro, OneDrive, SharePoint, and document management systems is required; ProLaw experience is a plus.
