Senior Office Administrator

Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks with the ability to work independently. What You'll Do

• Welcome employees and guests with a positive, professional attitude.
• Maintain workplace security by creating badges and maintaining visitor logs.
• Prepare conference rooms for customer or supplier visits and company meetings.
• Coordinate catering requests and logistics for meetings and events.
• Maintain office and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked, organized workspace.
• Submit and track completion of maintenance requests for the building.
• Support departmental recordkeeping, including budgets, timekeeping, and project folders.
• Assist with coordinating employee engagement activities such as team lunches and office events.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties for the office as needed.

Requirements
